On the 7th of September Alice Montgomery, is going to spend 9 days cycling from Lands End to John O' Groats, this is the bottom of England to the top of Scotland. It represents between 160km and 190km a day - this seems as tough as the Tour de France - go Alice !!! 3 years ago Alice had a very bad fall off a horse.
