Refund policy

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or does not fit, please contact us immediately 0630 48236 or greytown@designerclothinggallery.co.nz .

If your item does not fit we will exchange it for a different size if we have one available.

If the alternative size is not available, we will offer you your preference of a refund or instore credit.

Items purchased through the Designer Clothing Gallery Online Store can be exchanged or returned within seven days to the Designer Clothing Gallery 74/78 Main St, Greytown.
All returns to be by courier with tracking details sent to us by email greytown@designerclothinggallery.co.nz and the details about why you would like to return your item.

Please include your proof of purchase with the returned item.

PLEASE NOTE, no refunds on items purchased in sale. However, if we are notified within 48 hours of receiving the goods, we will exchange for another size if available or give you a store credit.
