How secure is your website?
All of our credit card transactions are processed by DPS in a secure payment gateway. Designer Clothing Gallery do not receive or hold your credit card details. Your details are handled by DPS, and are only used when being transmitted to the appropriate credit card agency for processing. So our website is as secure as it can possibly be.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
Designer Clothing Gallery insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Designer Clothing Gallery, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Sizing varies depending on the shape and fit of our garments.
We offer Free Shipping on all purchases made in New Zealand over $100. All parcels are sent by courier and must be returned by courier. Your signature and ID will be required upon delivery. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work. To ensure you are available to collect your purchase when it is delivered, we recommend that you enter your daytime or business address for your shipping address. Delivery takes 3-7 working days, depending on where you live. Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer and any delays in the postal service are out of our control. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.
