Important Returns & Exchange Information
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or does not fit, please contact us via email at email@example.com or phone +64 (03) 304-8236.
If your item does not fit we'll exchange it for a different size if we have one available. If the alternative size is not available, we'll offer you your preference of either a refund or in-store credit. If you have any queries regarding sizes please contact us.
Items purchased through our online store can be exchanged or returned within seven days to our store at 93 Main Street, Greytown. All returns are to be by courier with your proof of purchase. Please email your reason for returning the item along with the tracking details.
Please note, no returns on items purchased in sale. However, if we are notified within 48 hours of receiving the goods, we'll exchange for another size if available.
