Garment Colour
Every effort has been made to present the colour of our garments as
accurately as possible on this site. However, depending on the monitor
you are using, some colour variation to that of the original garment may
occur.
Shipping - New Zealand
We deliver to all New Zealand addresses by courier free of charge. We will email you to advise when your order leaves our store. Delivery from our store is 3-5 working days.
Please note that, for security reasons, we do not deliver to PO Box or Private Bag addresses.
Shipping - International
A flat rate Shipping charge of $NZD35 applies to all orders placed to addresses outside New Zealand.
The shipping charge covers packaging, freight and insurance, but does not cover any customs duty tax which may be charged by the destination country.
As customs policies vary widely from country to country we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be for your country.
We suggest that you check whether customs duty tax will apply to your order with your local customs agents prior to ordering.
Unfortunately, we cannot credit any goods returned to us due to unpaid duties.
We use New Zealand Post.
Deliveries to Australia take up to 5-7 working days, all other countries take up to 2 weeks.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us unworn, and in the condition you received it, within 7 days for a full refund.
To return a product, please phone Customer Services on +64 4 472 2122 or email info@designerclothinggallery.co.nz to receive a Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) number and further instruction.
All returns must be sent by registered post and we cannot take responsibility for any items that do not reach us. Proof of postage is not sufficient.
If we sent the incorrect item/s or you find a fault, we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our cost, and replaced with the correct item/s.
Unfortunately the postage cost on all other returns are not refundable, however if you are returning an item for exchange we will happily pay for the freight on the outgoing item/s.
Currency Conversion Rates
Currency conversion rates are updated regularly and are intended as indicative rates for your convenience only.
All orders are processed in New Zealand Dollars, and converted by Visa/Mastercard/Amex into the currency of the country where the credit card was originally issued.
The value charged on your credit card may vary slightly from our estimated value, depending on when the order was processed by the Visa/Mastercard/Amex.
Tax
All NZD prices include 12.5% GST, which is payable only on orders to NZ delivery addresses. All indicative currency conversion values show the "excluding tax" converted value.
Payment Security
Electronic payments and all other communication through this site are secured by a Comodo SSL Certificate. Your credit card details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted.
Please note that we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express only.
Your Privacy
We want to make your shopping experience with us simple and safe. The information which we receive from you is used to process orders. Having your details in our database is for your benefit only, in order for us to keep you informed on new products. We guarantee that your information will never be sold or otherwise divulged to third parties. If you do not wish us to retain your personal details, you can remove yourself from our database at any time by emailing info@designerclothinggallery.co.nz
